Construction work near the Biocenter - Test piloting performed
DEAR RESEARCHER AT THE BIOCENTER,
On Monday January 23 a test drilling was carried out and the expected noise and vibrations from the work were assessed to be so weak that it probably does not significantly affect the animals.
The piloting will begin on Monday Janurary 30th, and it is expected to last approx. 10 working days. AEM is still in dialogue with the contractor, and should you experience any irregularities, you are very welcome to contact facility manager Lars Rune Dreyer Jensen alternatively the representative from the contractor Hoffmann A/S, Lea Glahn Christiansen, +45 60 10 27 12, lgc@hoffmann.dk. For information, we are investigating the possibility of borrowing some monitoring equipment for measuring vibration. More information on this will follow.
