How to book a procedure room

Please use the booking system, which uses Google Calendar, when booking a procedure room. By pre-booking a procedure room you are guaranteed access to the procedure room.

Rules

• Book for the time you need the room only and avoid booking entire days when this is not necessary.
• Bookings should be made max. 8 weeks in advance.
• Please cancel your booking when a reservation is no longer necessary, as soon as you know this.
• If you're not using your booking within 15 minutes, other users can make use of the room without further notice.
• Please refrain for deleting other users’ bookings.
• Indicate which species you are using (mouse or rat).
• If you work with rats book an extra 30 minutes for wiping off used surfaces with Virkon S/ethanol and time for the room to be adequate ventilated to remove pheromones.
