How to book a procedure room
Please use the booking system in UCPH rooms via Microsoft Outlook or UCPH webmail. If you do not have access to Outlook or UCPH-mail, you can contact the unit with a booking request.
By pre-booking a procedure room, you are guaranteed access to the procedure room.
Rules
- Book for the time you need the room only and avoid booking entire days when this is not necessary.
- Bookings should be made max. 8 weeks in advance.
- Please cancel your booking when a reservation is no longer necessary, as soon as you know this.
- If you're not using your booking within 15 minutes, other users can make use of the room without further notice.
- Indicate which species you are using (mouse or rat).
- If you work with rats, in rooms where procedures with both mice and rats are allowed, book an extra 30 minutes for wiping off used surfaces with Virkon S/ethanol and time for the room to be adequately ventilated to remove pheromones.
