New booking process for procedure rooms
From now on, all bookings of procedure rooms must be made via the UCPH Rooms booking system in Microsoft Outlook or UCPH webmail.
The new booking process provides a clearer overview of room availability and more reliable booking management across the Animal Core Facility.
All users of the facility must familiarise themselves with the booking guidelines on the website before making a reservation.
External users of the Animal Core Facility who do not have access to the UCPH Rooms booking system in Microsoft Outlook may contact the relevant ACF unit with a booking request.

Existing bookings
All existing bookings previously made via Google Calendar have been transferred to the new booking system.
Please note that users have not automatically received a notification regarding this transfer.
Users with existing bookings are therefore asked to review their bookings in the new system to ensure that all details are correct.
